Man, I've never seen it rain so hard as it did today! Or if I have, I wasn't trying to walk through it. I'm glad I had my big umbrella, Malachi, and not my little one, Gilbert. (Yes, I name umbrellas) Unfortunately, even Malachi had quite a struggle. Though I was holding on as hard as I could with both hands, I felt as though the umbrella would blow backwards at any moment. When the wind began to blow the rain at me in the direction I was walking at speeds I had only felt while riding on a really fast boat, I had to point Malachi straight towards the torrential rain. The shaft was completely parallel to the ground and I had to push with all my might into the wind. Malachi kept my upper body fairly dry, but my legs and feet were drenched. My clothes are hanging up to dry as I type this.
I'm excited about Spring Break. I'm really looking forward to seeing my family again. I don't know if I'll be able to see any friends. It totally sucks that Chris won't be there. Oh well, I'm sure it will be a good break anyway.
I am starting to develop more respect for my art teacher. He can be kind of an arrogant jerk sometimes, but I guess anyone who takes something seriously enough gets a little anal. Anyway, we had a nice talk today about the class and my future career aspirations. He told me I was smart and a good writer. ^_^
Jenice is almost to the end of Star Ocean. I kind of want to do the bonus dungeons, but I don't know if she'll want to do them since they're not really part of the story. I think the current battle trophy count is up to about 80 or so. Next we are planning on playing LUNAR and LUNAR2.
Sheila (my computer) is doing well. Nothing like good maintenance to keep a system running quick and smooth. My iPod had a slight issue with the display, but it was fixed after I reformatted it. No complaints from the digital camera, though I wish it could do more.
Classes are going well for me. Health is most likely an A. Relationships is an A so far. 2D Design started kind of rough, but it is getting much better. I'm starting to feel invincible in my other two classes; Critical Thinking and Abnormal Psychology. I don't mean to brag, but the semester is more than half way over and I've been getting no less than 100% in both classes. Perhaps I'm finally getting into the swing of college?
Well, I guess it's time to get back to studying and packing.
