Plan of Action

I've been working on my paper for the past, say, day...and I really think I finally have a handle on it.  I'm motivated, and prepared, and I can do this.  And, I'm not going to let anything interfere with that.  I am motivated, I can do this, and I am damn well going to.  Dammit.
So, an outline:
