First, thank you so much for offering to write one (or perhaps more?) of my requested fandoms. Most of mine are quite obscure, I confess, so let me start off by saying that in these cases optional details/suggested story ideas below are just that: entirely optional details. I really would love to read just about any story in these fandoms featuring my requested characters, so just do what you wish with them if my prompts don't click with you, or you have another idea.
A few general comments on what I like and don't like:
* I like slash, but enjoy quality gen as well. I'd prefer a good gen story over poorly written erotica (ie, if it's something you're not comfortable writing/don't feel it for these characters), and I'm not big on porn-without-plot.
* "Kinks" I like: crossdressing, hate!sex, omegaverse. Mostly I am not into a lot of heavy kink stuff beyond those listed exceptions, so I'd rather just say that than post a long list of squicks.
* I'd prefer no crossovers except in my one fandom below where I say they'd be okay - primarily because I'm not really into a lot of other "big fandoms" and chances are I may not know the crossover fandom at all.
Edit to add: If you're looking for the Sleepy Hollow prompt, it's gone because I switched to requesting Borgias instead. Sorry - waiting for the letter database to be updated to show this.
Now, on to the specific fandoms I've requested:
The Police
This is my request-every-year-fandom, because truly, I love to read anything and everything about the band - and I'm pretty much the only person who writes fic about them on a regular basis. (Alas!) I do 'ship Sting & Stewart pretty hard, but would be fine with any story that deals with the tensions and complexities of their relationship throughout the years. It could be set during the early 80s while recording Ghost in the Machine or Synchronicity on Montserrat (isolation in a tropical setting, yum), or maybe during the reunion tour rehearsals at Sting's Tuscan estate... really, anything would make me happy, even some crazy cracky AU (I would give just about anything to read and omegaverse take on the band!)
I'm also good with crossover stories in this fandom, as in the band members interacting with other musicians, so long as the focus is really on The Police first and foremost. (I do seriously love Stewart paired with Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters, for instance).
The Wild Boys (Music Video)
Watch it here for your amusement Seriously, what the hell is going on in this video? And why is it I've never been able to find any Duran fic AUs inspired by it?! Give me your crazy, post-apocalyptic Duran Duran AU that somehow makes sense of this glorious insanity. If it helps give ideas, the song was inspired by William S. Burroughs' novel "The Wild Boys: A Book of the Dead". The music video director Russell Mulcahy originally wanted to do a film adaptation with DD doing the music, but this song/video was as far as it ever got.
Wess'Har Wars - Karen Traviss
I absolutely loved this book series when I read it a few years ago, as it had a lot of the story tropes I adore: a strong but imperfect female lead; immortality which comes with plenty of complications & a bit of body horror; and of course the fabulous threesome relationship between Shan, Aras and Ade.
But what left me a little unsatisfied about that threesome was that it was always shown as more of a "V" than a real "triangle": that is, with Shan as the center-point, and the sexual relationships clearly defined as Shan/Aras and Shan/Ade, with no hints or even suggestion of Aras/Ade (they cared for each other of course, but were never shown as having any sexual relationship or even sexual feelings for each other.) I really would love a story that "corrects" that, so to speak, and gives me some Aras/Ade action - or at least focuses on Aras & Ade's relationship, perhaps during the time period when Shan was believed to be dead, at the end of "Crossing the Line" and during the beginning of "The World Before".
MasterChef (TV) RPF
First let me specify that I only know/meant to request the US version of MasterChef. I know nothing about the Australian version and characters (except of course that it's apparently a much superior show!), so please, only stories based on the US version (I tried to ask the mods to separate the fandom/tags for Yuletide and got a "no".)
This show is my crack so seriously cracky/silly over-the-top fic inspired by the fourth season would be glorious. I picked Luca, Joe and James as the characters I wanted to read about as, well, Luca was just plain adorable and I loved that he won this season. And sometimes I sure got the impression Joe had a bit of a man-crush on him - so I am a-okay with some dirty Joe/Luca fic (trading sexual favors for an edge in the competition, perhaps?) I also enjoyed James' snark and dry humor, so some off-the-set fun with James and Luca (slashy or pure gen) would be much enjoyed as well.
The Borgias: The Original Crime Family (2011)
Oh, Micheletto, how you break my heart and kill my soul. I love basically this entire show, all of Italian Renaissance history (real and fictional), but Micheletto...he is the one I truly adore and I just want/need/am desperate for more fiction about him! As portrayed in this particular canon by Sean Harris, please.
There are quite a few different types of stories I would enjoy so long as Micheletto was featured as the main character. I would love to read more about his feelings for Pascal, and how he could reconcile himself (before and after the act) with having to kill his lover. I would love to read more about his feelings for and loyalty to Cesare, whether as brotherly loyalty or if their was a sexual edge to it. I enjoyed his relationship with Lucrezia as well, protecting her child and it would be interesting to read more interactions between them. I also adored Julian Bleach's creepy/brilliant/weirdly sexy portrayal of Machiavelli, so some sort of interaction between Micheletto and Machiavelli would be brilliant.
My only caveat with this fandom is I'd like a story that portrays Micheletto's sexuality (if it's addressed in the story) in a light that matches the times and "morals" (such as they might or might not be) of Renaissance Italy.

OK, so that's it. I hope this was helpful and thank you again, dear writer!
