We've been looking for a new vacuum that will help Rojir out more with his allergies and breathing issues. Short of going out and buying an expensive Dyson or an even more expensive Kirby, most everything I've read says that Eureka's 4870 line is the best mid-price vacuum out there for anti-allergy things.

And honestly, Dyson's are not worth the money.

If you've got pets, the Dyson may be worth the extra money.
We got one and have been very happy with how well it works.
Granted it's a expensive choice.

In any case, I'd go with the HEPA filter to grab those extra bits of small particles.
