Vehicle accident update

As you may know, I was in an automobile accident on Tuesday morning. I was driving the van. On the way to work during the snow and such. I suddenly noticed that the traffic a ways in front of me was stopping or stopped. I tried to slow down and the brakes had no noticeable effect. How are you now? What were the actual injuries? Any lasting effects? Car accidents can affect your body for a LONG time afterword. You can do a lot for arthritis with diet. LMK and I can give you some book titles.
I expect to be at coffee tomorrow. I am trying to bring Nik. We'll see how that goes for me.
No sign of novembers bank statement.

I haven't made a doctor appointment yet to follow up on what the scoop is with the arthritis. A few years ago when the hip problems were starting one doctor insisted it was a degenerative hip disease and I could not leave the office without a cane. The expert who looked at it afterwards apparently said he was wrong. Nothing was said at that time about arthritis. So... I am going to probably give up on the theory that "it will just go away if I ignore it" and go get it looked at but I do have a certain level of skepticism as to tha accuracy of this proclamation as well.

In terms of actual injuries -
knot on the back of my head
lumbar sprain (that is the back pain)
and general aches and fairly minor bruising.

So very very glad you're okay! Do keep an eye on the injuries, they really can come back to haunt you if you let them go ( ... )

Glad you're doing ok. I keep meaning to call you (I'm bad, I know), hope you'll be at coffee tomorrow - and i posted to John, if you need a car until you get the van stuff sorted - the Lumina would love to be driven for a bit. Just let me know.
