that depends on whether or not this one guy gets back to me about tickets. he's offering two tickets on the facebook marketplace, but I messaged him two days ago and he hasn't responded yet. I'm thinking chances are slim... :( but I'll let you know if he gets back to me!
this is good for me to know! i've become a pretty hardcore baker, and want to be able to make gluten-free things. what kinds of grains are okay for you? i know that rice is okay, and usually oatmeal... what kind of oatmeal are you using that it is okay? i feel like, somewhere, i read about cross-contamination once. maybe it's just based on the plant the oatmeal is processed with?
yea, cross contamination is a pretty big thing with oatmeal. It's very often milled with the same machinery as wheat. I don't have a problem with it, so far as I can tell. But Irish oats (like legit from Ireland) are always gluten free
