obviously the fires are on the news - my Australian geography is sketchy, i hope you and all your friends are ok.

Thanks love. I'm not in the state currently suffering the worst of it, but some of my Flisties are. And I live in the inner city so should be ok. Having said that, in the past the fires have come so close to the city that the sky turns red and it rains ash. Fingers crossed for everyone, we seem to be losing a lot of lives.

Fingers, toes and maybe a spell for keeping people and animals safe. It seems to be getting worse and worse..........I think Aussies often forget just what a wild and dangerous place our home can be.
