It hadn't occurred to me that Discord could be used for read-alouds! (I dunno why - I hear my son yelling nonsense into his headset often enough that I'm very familiar with the audio side of Discord...)

A Going Postal read-aloud sounds lovely! Is it purely a synchronous thing, though?

It is only live in the voice channel at airtime, I'm afraid. There was some talk of recording things back when it got started and the server was busier with more group events, but post-lockdown I don't think there's much chance of anyone putting the time in to start figuring that out.
