It is kind of you to say as much, even if it is a lie. That is the sort of win/loss record befitting of an amateur, not a professional.

The trouble with that assumption is that most of the people here aren't amateurs, either.

Pride is rarely logical. I am fully aware of the fact that in the grand scheme of things, my win/loss record is quite unimportant. However, it has been something I've often been proud of, and therefore I am disgusted with the downward turn my record has taken.
