PoA is still the best Harry Potter film by a hundred miles. My fave scene's the one where Harry and Lupin discuss his parents on the bridge thing. But I love your No 1, that scene is beautiful and both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Oh, and Hermione punching Malfoy will never not be awesome.
