So, It's finally hitting me today... I have less than 2 months to Pennsic, I have yet to build a bed frame (the one from last year broke out of it's dovetails). Need to get the pavilion set up and check for mouse holes, and maybe scotch-guard the bugger. Get some pants made (had 2 pair literally disintigrate over the winter).
