The Future of Food

I am not entirely ignorant of these matters-Bethany and I have been working ourselves into a more healthful, organic diet for a while now-but I still want to watch the documentary they're discussing. Anybody else seen it already?

Why do people feel the need to play God? -_- I suppose it's because they reject the true article...

I think I have this requested on Netflix, so I've been wanting to see it.
Thanks for posting a link!

Yeah, I was thinking Netflix would be a good way for us to see it, too.

I haven't seen it but I'd like to. We've been trying for a while to eat more healthfully and to buy more organic foods, but we slack off a lot from time to time--not to mention it's expensive. But just the other day we were talking about how important it is and how we need to get serious and stay serious about what we choose to put into our bodies.

I found a neat blog by a like-minded young Orthodox wife/mother yesterday: Organic & Thrifty. Looks like a good resource - she even shares some Lenten recipes - and I've seen plenty other such blogs in passing. I've also watched some great step-by-step instructional videos on YouTube! No doubt things will be easier for us if we follow the examples and instructions of those who have paved the way. :)
