I still love Hong Kong, at least, as a visitor.

I kicked around there for a week. I stayed in the Sheraton in Kowloon: good room, OK view on harbor side (would have preferred being on a higher floor), but the food was not as good as can be found elsewhere (even within a block or two). Starwood badly needs a better hotel in that city.

Of the four countries I visited in the last quarter of last year, I (a US citizen) only needed a visa beforehand for one of them: Australia, and that one can be done online/electronically with a credit card.

I wanted to be able to say "piss off, wanker" in Hindi.
There's no good exact translation. "Chhod de yaar" is 'Leave me alone, man.' But "Madachut, mujhko satana mat" is 'Don't trouble me, motherfucker.' You probably want to aim for something in between if you go back there.
