Turns out that Mariel Zagunis -- saber fencer -- was the first American to earn a gold medal in the Olympics this year. This makes me very proud. Even Mr. Bush had to comment on the INCREDIBLE AWESOMENESS of it. I need to go back and watch her bouts again -- she's fantastic

I would fly to the middle of Timbuktu and punt small Arab children out of the way to get in the front row and watch you fence at the Olympics. Just so you know :)

I agree with you and grian_eun's comment. So far all I've been able to see of the Olympics is swimming.
