Unfortunately, being happy and eating happy are completely incompatible to me, since eating the way I want to eat would result in my being a blimp. "Blimp" does not correspond with my self-image, so I sacrifice the yummy stuff. Most of the time. I just ate four slices of this really really good bread and I'm trying to avoid eating a fifth.
I'm told if you eat relaly healthily every other day of the week, once a week you can have an "anything goes" day. I've done that sometimes, and as long as I eat healthy the rest of the week I don't seem to gain weight, which the most important part ^^

Unfortunately...my dining choices usually consist of unappetizing food that has been sitting in warmers for an hour at least.
Needless to say, I have not the freshman 15.
