Okay. So I'm just getting out of the first night of a two night Smashing Pumpkins show. Right now I'm stuck in the garage and it's 11:00 at night. The traffic is not moving. And I have to go to work tomorrow. There was an after party in the bar at the venue. I went down and showed my ID and the guy just looked at it and said "No way" which was both ( Read more... )

Hey your only as old as you feel, I don't think 40 is too old to be going to concerts, though even I have started to feel out of place in some bars in town and i'm a baby at 26 lol.
I don't care, i'll still be going to events and good nights out until I need a zimmer frame to get me there XD bring it on!

Yeah I agree about the age thing too. I'm sitting here waiting for Smashing Pumpkins round two to begin. I'm so glad I have my iPhone so I can blog when I'm bored. There was a period of time when I didn't go to many shows but I'm back now and as long as bands I care to see are touring I'll continue to go. Woo hoo the background music just got louder it's almost time for the show to begin! Bye bye.
