Update on Gran!
I just called my mother, she's been to the hospital this morning. Some good and some bad news. The good news is that my grandmother is doing better atm. She's still in the ICU, but tomorrow she'll be relocated.. :)

Great to hear that your grandma appears to be on the mend, tell her to keep up with the good work ;-)
I know about health scares with grandparents, but I think it sounds all very good what you say, so wishing you that she gets better soon and is fit for the big day (if only for a couple of hours).
