A few months ago my car got hit in the parking lot at work. I was not in it at the time, thankfully. But as there were pictures taken by mall security and there was an anonymous tip as to which car hit mine, the lack of note by the guilty party has been glossed over ( Read more... )

"Have sex in me"? That's interesting. My friend Noelle, who is much more acquainted with legal things than I am, says the following:

"they probably mean should because even though they have who it was rented to, they can't prove who was driving. I'm not an expert, but my guess is it would come to down to the contract that was made up between the rental company and the person it was rented to about liability."

Hope that helps. I'm not sure what it means. Regardless, that's a lame situation to be in, friend.
