I finished Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell! I've never had to slog through the first half of a gigantic book like that before. I only have about a billion email addresses. Work just gave me another two. Glee.

Check! Two projects done in my jewelry class, and the third is a step away from completion. It'll be a sterling silver lost wax cast ring, and I'm very excited because we get to use the centrifuge. There are guys next door cutting down a huge oak tree. It had a particularly bad case of a fungal rot, and the neighbors were worried that the tree was going to fall and crush part of the house, namely, my room.
