Just went to the dictionary to look up the exact definition of the word FRUSTRATION and found out that it's a synonim of the DISSAPOINTMENT and DISILLUSIONMENT.

DISILLUSIONMENT is a brother of DISSAPOINTMENT and FRUSTRATION. Heheh... that explains a lot

I always think of frustration as impatience at waiting for something to change (most self-help experts say that frustration is a sign that you're so fed up with the way things are that you're going to make change happen).

Disillusionment is much worse for me. It's the belief that nothing is going to change. And disappointment comes from that realization.

very interesting!
Same words... such different interpretations :)

It's true that someone said - we all benefit from our differences.
