So, it has been more than six months since I have looked at this blasted thing. Out of a moment of nostalgia and worry, I felt that it was time for an update. I'm not even sure people read this anymore...but...I have been known to bottle up emotions and maintain face in front of others. Maybe this is the therapy I have needed for a long time.

On this, the anniversary of the Allied invasion of Normandy, I read about your difficult odds.
This ain't no Omaha Beach, son. Go buy some groceries and have some big ol' group feasts - I bet Saira or Nate will oblige to help. You got that cookbook for a reason, right?

Nate's drum kit is still at my place. Robyn should have a key thereto, so feel free to go bang on those if you want. Play d20 Modern. It's nice and cathartic, and with the latest Lovecraftian twist, perhaps more towards your liking. Listen to some R&B and pop from the '60s and '70s - I'm talking The Foundations, The Four Tops, The Isley Brothers, The Supremes, that sort of thing. Neither sad nor angry, and sure to put a spring in your step.
