I really need to start updating more often. I've been busy all week though but I want to keep track of this because when I do lose this weight, I'll have something to look back on. My brother is now working out with me. I like to workout alone but I don't mind him until he starts to get on my nerves(which can take just a few seconds) but he seems ( Read more... )

I'm sorry to hear you hurt yourself :( That really sucks. When I first did the Tae Bo my thighs and legs were sore for like 3 days. The second time they were only sore for a day.. and now I barely feel it. But then again I only usually do 15-20 minutes at the most :P I hope you enjoy it, and I hope you start feeling better soon.

Icy-Hot is good for pulled muscles like that. Back and abs are the worst things you can pull, because you use them for so much >_< Also, heating pads are good.

Didn't know that, I found that out the hard way :( I've pulled muscles before but that felt much worser and seemed more deeper within the muscle.

Hmmm I've never tried Icy-Hot before. I'm gonna have to try that out. Thanks for the advice :)

No problem :) I used to take ballet and I'm feeling it now, so I know all the good home remedies, lol.
