I'm on the most well known diet in existence, the off and on diet. I get focused and determined for maybe like three days then it starts to wine down. Wait a couple days then I'm back on it. Its about time I take my own advise and start setting some short term goals here

I don't even know when I reached 300. I remeber I was 275 during the beginning of my 10th grade year. At the end I was close to 300.
I like the sound of that challenge, because I see how it could motivate someone. I've been planning on getting a calender for awhile now. The journals are nice but if you want to write something short and quick or place a sticker down, thats when a calender would come in great.
Good luck with your challenge. I'll give that Christmas Tree one a try. Sounds fun to do.
