Update on the Goal

I have 3 weeks and 4 days to accomplish my goal. At first things were going real slow with it. I didn't want to do anything but that wasn't getting me anywhere fast at all. This time instead of setting all these guidelines and planning out what I was going to do, I just did it. It seems when I plan, that's all it is, A plan that won't get executed ( Read more... )

I think you'll do great :) I dont' exactly "plan" mine to a tee either. I've started to a little, but mainly i just worry about keeping track of what I do do. I understand what you mean by enjoying the challenge of proving others wrong, that is what motivates me a lot as well.

I stay away from the scale too. I really don't feel that it is necessary until I feel a huge change in myself... until I see it. I don't need to check every week only to see a few numbers change - I rather see my clothes loosen, my body get smaller, and my energy go up... no scale can show those ;)

Thanks, I'm hanging in there. Yeah I agree, seeing and feeling that change is what it's all about. You can't do that if you got a few numbers naging you constantly in the back of your mind.
