AHEAD ON THE LOWER ROAD, POLICE LIGHTS FLASHING.
AS I GOT CLOSER, I LOOKED OVER THE SIDE OF THE BRIDGE.
TURNS OUT...

... There was a 30 meter Blue whale laying in the middle of the freeway. :\
