More like a tortilla (Salvadoran style, not the super thin Mexican kind). I shape them by hand and then cook them on a hot pan, with no oil. I used my Salvadoran comal for the last batch and it worked really well, but I have also used my cast iron pan and a friend’s crepe pan.

Horses must be like chickens - pecking orders. And sometimes there are 2 pecking orders in the same flock. Hmm!
