So the contract was signed and returned today and now Jason and I are off to ANZ to see if they can do us a deal-o for our home loan or we'll be moving all of our accounts and credit card to NAB since we already have pre-approval.

I was just reading about quails on Brisneyland too, they sound pretty awesome! I want quails! But don't have time to look after anything else on top of the cats, so it shall have to wait. Maybe someday when I'm living a bohemian existence on Macleay Island or something. ;)

You should choose your chikkins so each one is a different type; easier to tell apart. :)
