This isn't really much of a news item, but I thought it was worth posting for the sake of some of my Sims Fan friends. The Sims 2 has gone gold. It will be in stores on September 14th.

So much for spending time with ivanovaaeryn.

Today, I didn't go to work. I spent the day in the office yesterday instead. Usually, that would be considered a good thing, since most people would spend a day away from work doing fun things. Enjoyable things. Not me. Not today.

You know, I can't believe I didn't blog about this. I've had the game pre-ordered for months. I've built a whole new PC to host it. And what did I say about it on the day of its release? Absolutely nothing. 4 years of anticipation and preparation, and I'm absolutely silent. Why?
