I bought a new hairbrush today and as a result have had "Ohhhhh where is my hairbrush?" stuck in my head. (The Hairbrush Song from Veggie Tales...it's one of Larry's Silly Songs, for those who don't know. :p

Cake!!

I'm in the middle of making the Emeril Lagasse cake I wrote about yesterday and right now all I can say about it is that the batter was yummy! It's a very dense yellow cake...really odd, but really delicious. I just took it out of the oven and it may fall completely because the middle is lower than the rest. Argh! I am not a baker!! We may be eating this one with bowls and spoons. Now, on to making a lemon syrup to pour over it and then homemade whipped cream. Last time I tried to make that I ended up with butter. I think I'll leave the baking to you!
