This April has been a pretty good reading month. Last month I have read 14 books which is a lot more than the previous months. And before there were also novella's. This month not. These were all full books, and some quite big so I am quite pleased with myself, haha. Even The Complete Sherlock Holmes, which I had started last year, I still read 717

Ooh, you've got a good bunch there!

I was disappointed with Allegiant, apart from the very frustrating character death (I was not spoiled and it was super shocking!), I felt like the author didn't live up to the excitement garnered by Insurgent's cliffhanger.

I'm glad to hear the third book of the Throne of Glass series was good! I have been hearing a lot about that series and intend to read it sometime or another.

I didn't really like the Maze Runner and I would definitely not recommend reading the rest of the series. The writing style was annoying to me and it's just SO depressing!

No, she didn't. But I hated Insurgent so I don't think any book after that could have made me happy.

It is. I wish the first two books were like that to be honest.

I have the books so I'm reading it anyway unless I hate it. But yeah, I don't think it has strong writing.

I hated Insurgent so I never read Allegient.

I also hated The Maze Runner.

I was not impressed with Throne Of Glass and I'm not one to continue with a series if I didn't like the first book.

I try to finish the series I start unless I hated the first book. It is a bad tendency because some series aren't worth it, but otherwise it will still nibble at the back of my head like a what if. I'm weird like that.

I can understand not liking The Maze Runner and Throne of Glass. Not everyone will like the same things. :)

That's an impressive book haul. Mine never go beyond 5 for a month. XD

I just bought "Another", "The fifth elephant" and "Thud". :)
