so buying a house has become a crapshoot. i can only get approved for 80,000 on my own, so i need eric to boost his credit up so we can do this before December. i want that sweet place in pennsauken with the mancave and the hardwoods. i don't really care for the pool but eric is hype to have a yard and stuff. i think its more work but i guess its
