I'm not saying this to appear cruel or nasty or anything, because I've gone through what could be exactly the same thing as you. I kid you not- for an entire year, and thats why I changed to this journal from an old one.
If you're not happy, don't pretend to be. Go with your feelings and don't fight against them, because it doesn't work. If you feel unhappy, ask yourself what the reason is. If there is a reason, do something to change it! If there isn't, find something that can make you happy.
