LOL Dearie, unfortunately the letter was sent by my "Barney Rubble" looking HR in the first place. He is Webster's poster child for definitions on "Bad HR".

As you said, I am definately quick to jump... Tired of being passive and definately exhausted from a management point of view, watch them loose good people.

"Special" Isn't really in the name as I know you know. But we will have Private Day Care, Killer Insurance Benefits, and the Damn Best Transportation System Known To Man. I insist though on wearing the captains hat and driving our particular short bus....

I've had to learn the hard way, that the big guys always win. It wouldn't matter how many times you sent the paperwork in. They'd find a way to get around it...either shred it, delete it from their system, or whatever. I personally think it'd be a good idea to get the lawyer. Like bellamorte said, though, it probably should be one that specifically works as an advocate for the disabled. I can sooo relate to how you feel. The anger started boiling up again when I read your post.

Yeah, the SOB's that they are do nothing for you once you are dispensible.... I am going to get a lawyer and give them a fucking like they have never had....BTW I love the new pic.
