Stupid People Just Piss Me Off!

I don’t usually try to throw out the religion bone but it is Televangelists connected with, “The Multi-Century Club” that feel that they need to be hypocrites. They as the “Moral Majority” like to pass judgment on those of us who don’t believe in their bag of shit. OMG I am going to have a field day with this one! Hold on kids... And if I offend ( Read more... )

Yes but my best friend Liz has great sex and doesn't put up with nagging men. Then again she calls me on my BS also and is a fan of my other projects.

Yeah.... Ignorance and intolerance are a sore subject for me. I was going to get reaquainted with some old beliefs until I seen their views on a number of different subjects. It didn't take me long to rethink my decision.

Just showed me that organized religion, as I knew it, had some issues of it's own and I didn't want to alighn myself with any of that.

Don't forget that the Universalists believed that there was no eternal punishment. A small religious movement, it thrived from about the 1830s to the early 1900s, before it consolidated with the Unitarians in 1961.

Thank you... I was not aware of that and I will do a bit of research just for personal gain. I am one of those who would rather have too much information than little and make a fool of myself. It may make for another topic. Just glancing at Yahoo Search I noticed a rant right off the top from those affiliated with my birth religion. This can interesting...

Again Thank You

Falling Out Of Someone's Version Of Grace sikolto April 4 2007, 01:02:25 UTC
Hi R.

I fell out of "Grace" because my version of religion was much more diverse than the rhetoric I've seen. I consider myself a child of many religions and I am not in any position to judge anyone nor feel that I have to "Witness" to them because they are not like me.

Organized religion has some serious problems in some cases and those who pass judgement on others have forgotten that your "Higher Power" no matter who or what it is remains within the heart and is not a place that you go. I felt that article was ignorance pure and simple. These kinds of articles are dangerous.

I just cannot stand those who feel the urge to bash others because of their beliefs or who they are in any way. That isn't religion, that is stupidity and those are the people who are the ones who spread the hatred.
