That's pretty cool. Saves you the cost of getting a bike computer.

I'm impressed that you are getting 20 mile rides in. Keep up the good work!

And yeah, I love RunKeeper. It has a lot of nice features, both on the app itself and on the web side.

I think 66 miles in less than a week (plus an hour or so on the stationary bike, too) was a bit much for me knees though, so I may have to tone it down to 1 or 2 rides a week for awhile.

A big thing is to not overgear. I don't know f you are, but you should be able to turn the pedals without a lot of resistance. 90 rpm is what I usually see recommended.
