I think everyone knows what if feels like to be left out at one point or another. Like when susie comes home and her family is having family night without her. Or when I am not 1 of the 8(I kid larry)! Or like how my mom and mickey take alex out to dinner all the time when I'm not home but i never get to go. But really... If you look at it from their angle... Susie is never home when her family decides to have family night and lets face it, when you can only have 8 you can only have 8... and when I am never home how could my parents take me out to dinner? And in your case, if your dad did not know you liked the pistons why would he buy tickets? I bet he did not go for the 10 dollar tickets and it was probably last minute so he didn't have time to ask you and he probably did not want to pay for a ticket that was not going to be used. DOes that make sense?
