you gotta call people on that shit. in you have any inf oto go on call them up and ask for an explanation or ask them when they come in. you can't let peopel get away with that crap. I had some kids rip manuals aout of games today and then toss them back on the sheft in no particular order and not togethere in the box where they belong, I said "Hey when your done with things put them back where they belong" they followed to say " oh we're reading it. " I replied with "no your not I've been watching you for the past 5 minutes, put it back where it belongs or you can leave my store, I'm not your mother, I'm not here to pick up after you" to which they promplty put the games away properly with the manuals in the boxes and closed. it may be tough at times to put people in their place even if the initially come off as nice but it needs to be done. I know you can ealisy to that. and if you need help, send me in, give me a blazer and I'll pretend I still work there and serve them a new asshole.

That is bad, but you have to admit that at least most people aren't that bad. Most customers are good customers so only the exceptionally nice ones tend to stand out as being good customers in your mind.
