"Time to Say Goodbye" ?-- NO. Time to Say Hello.

Mar 22, 2004 23:20

It is 11:20. I have just gotten home from the airport. I still have to read chapters 4-12 of Grapes of Wrath. I still have to start a study guide with quesitons on each chapter. I am still on the NY time zone which would mean it is 1:30am. I have to wake up early (6:00). I still have latin songs and cheesy bus songs from 4 days of choir "fun" ( Read more... )

YAY red!! and were you at a heritage festival? bc the second place gold ranking sounds like the award system they use. i like competing with orchestra at stuff like that...sniffle sniffle. i miss orchestra. i TOTALLY know what you mean about wishing ____ was here. me and alyssa muir (i don't know if you know her) were at a bar mitzvah for a kid we didn't really know, and we did that a few times. then we tried to summon ken by chanting brand names. we figured he might fly in sort of like a gay superman (as if the actual superman wasn't gay, i mean, tights...). haha, it didn't work, but yes, ESPECIALLY if you're bored, it's easy to wish for random people, ESPECIALLY fun speech people.

No idea. I try to distance myself as far away as possible from choir things...so I dont remember the name of the festival. But it was lousy. Heh. you seem like an orchestra kid. whoa, stop, and focus in on the words "we were at a bar" wha!? chanting names? hmm..well I am sure it was as reliable as Trelawny's tea leave readings.
Superman gay? yes he does have the tights..but that time period was too conservative plus they weren't "fashionable" tights- his entire costume was pretty bland. Maybe if he had "Abercrombie" labeled across his chest instead of the "S"(which now stands for er- 'straight'?). Although, one of those characters in the 60's or 70's was gay. anyway...
thanks though, that will come in handy-I will certainly remember the chanting for a speechie to fly in super sonic speed when you wish they were there.

yep you will remember. it's one of those things that, no matter how odd you think it was, or how much you wish you hadn't done it, you don't forget... erm... anyway. you're right, a gay superman would know MUCH better than to wear primary colors.

If you want to look around just go to my friends list..or someone else's then from their you can look at other journals. Also, if you filled out the "interests" about yourself then you can click on those to find communities that are comprised of pple with your interests(if you are into those kind of things)....

Here goes...
Glad you had a nice trip. Missed you at State. There was nowhere near enough conservative rhetoric to keep me amused (just kidding). THE DUO DIDN'T BREAK! AAARRRRGGGHHH! What an inglorious end to Rapunzel Uncut. Ho Hum.
Well, I finally figured out how to read one of these things, and I think I posted some stuff. I'm not sure, because my own journal is a restricted website to me, so is a certain other sassy individual's. Yours is not, obviously, or I wouldn't be typing this, now would I? Why can't I read my own posts? My parents have me set as "older teen" on AOL, so I have restricted access, but the only thing on my site that might seal it off is that I called a certain individual a git. note to self: ask parents to give me unlimited internet access. Not going to happen, but I can ask anyway, right?
