thanks for the comment! i used photoshop so if you have it then this is what i did:

i just upped the saturation about +10 and then i took this texture and set it on multiply.

then i took an eraser and erased the parts that covered his face. then i did selective coloring of CYAN: cyan +100. that turned it blue.
(you may need to duplicate that a couple of times).

that's sorta the basics of it. other tweaks and such but hope that helps!

i have psp 8, i cant find anything thats like the selective coloring, do u know what is similar 2 it in psp?
