Expanding on my previous entry, I've carefully selected of a group of entirely fictional luminaries to serve as my cabinet upon election (it also passed the time during a very mediocre Monday Night Football game.)

You'd be astounded about how wrong you are on that first point. It's not about how much time you have on your hands, it's about how poorly you use it.
