It's all I've been able to listen to lately. I expect to remain in full-on fangeek mode at least until -- if not well beyond -- seeing him at the Michigan Theater on March 31. Are you going?

I took it as far as checking availability the other day, and the 'Master spit back some pretty respectable floor seats. Unfortunately, I don't really know anyone with a womb (or wombat) who'd be game for it and going alone is just depressing. I did that for a Lucinda Williams show out there a couple years ago--no hat/coat check for moto-gear :(

I did sample a couple of the tracks...I thought the band seemed on creative autopilot, but as you know, some of these can take a while to stick. In any event, FAVE HUN!

I went alone to the Royal Oak Music Theater thing a year ago.

And it was amazing. And there were a significant number of people on their own.

You should go. The live vision and the olde tyme tunes are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo worth it.

I watched the Oscars the other night and since Danny Boyle was on for half the show, it was sort of like seeing a Morrissey concert.
