Jeeze get better! That sounds like a nice little mini hell in your mouth going on there. I got my lip pierced for free today, i'm essited but paranoid lol... any advice?

get soft soap. clean it everynight and morning. put it on, then rotate the ring 10-15 times with the soap. then run under a tap and rinse by roating some more. use non alcoholic mouth was after each time you eat or drink soemthing, besides water. or just use sea salt and warm water. dont let the hard crusty things get back inside your pericing cuz it'll cut it up and stuff. DONT eat spicy food.

I had insanely spicey food liek the second day I had it :( but its ok, on the inside of my mouth its like, kinda sore tho.. and theres dead white skin around it, but other than that its fine....
