the crazed killer in atlanta was captured one street over from mine. one street. god i'm so thankful to be alright. he surrendered willingly which means we now have to pay taxes so he can sit in jail for 15 years waiting for the death sentance. yay for our capital punishment laws

See, doesnt he automatically get the death penalty because he shot and killed a federal officer?? I dont remember exactly!

oh... he'll get the death penalty no doubt. but it takes about 15 years to process. it's ridiculous.
