Hmmm... I was looking on the internet after you said that he'd have to ban all the other groups too, but I couldn't find anything either. I hadn't heard anything about this ban until today so as of now until I actually ask jacob I'm just going to take it as a rumor.

is it by any chance affirmative action? cuz i'm pretty sure that's the amendment that says all groups need to get equal funding and support but i'm not positive

affirmative action is the policy in the work environment that says you have to have a certain number of minorities on the staff. i think. i might be wrong on that though.

i think it's broad enough to be both. cuz i remember watching the news and they'd be talking about softball players (and other atheletes) who sued their school systems because their teams didn't get as much funding as the baseball team (or other teams), ya know? so there might be some kinda similar cases about clubs and the such, which you could use to support your argument. (but it would prolly be really hard to find something like that)
