I think Halloween would be a good time to get married. You could probably do it for pretty cheap because all the cool people get married in spring/summer. Also, you don't have to pay a zillion dollars for a wedding dress: you can just dress up as a sexy policewoman or maybe a pig

In re BW: I tossed "Alicia Amnesia" on the mp3 player for the track last weekend. Good stuff. Daughtry, but with talent and originality. I'm kind of surprised he's not better known (but given how out of touch I am, maybe he IS better-known).

re Halloween weddings: A friend of mine (steevi, to be precise) was planning on getting married on Halloween, oh, six or seven years ago. But then she went off and married a totally different guy on a totally different date

Actually, October is one of the most popular months to get married during. My parents, James' parents, and I believe Chris' parents were all married in October. And I know a bunch of other couples who are planning to or have already been married during October.

If I ever get married I want it to be in October or November. But that's mostly 'cause I like the cold and I want to get married outside
