[He tapers off momentarily, though the reason is unknown.]

... Either they like you, or-- ah.

[Suddenly, he inhales sharply - pained or surprised? It's hard to tell. Either ( Read more... )

[Huh. This apartment looks awfully UNfamiliar... just gonna fidget with this cup over here.]

Who's house is this? Is Mother here?

[Yazoo shakes his head slightly, squeezing his eyes shut and then blinking rapidly a few times after, as if trying to rid his mind of something. When he answers, he still sounds somewhat distracted, though his concern (only really discernible by those who know him) mildy overpowers it as he takes a step toward his brother.]

Mother is-- This is our--...

[He falls silent, cocking his head slightly as if listening for something far off, eyes downcast. Loz should know this place, should know about Mother and how she came for them, but he doesn't, further leading Yazoo to believe that something's not right. His own memories are wrong (though he can't put his finger on what's wrong, exactly, he just knows it's not right), and Loz suddenly doesn't remember anything.

'It has to be the building... it must be the building,' he thinks, recalling past events - from repeated days to being locked in -, and then he strides forward to take his brother by the elbow.]

Come with me. We need to get out.
