That squirrel would fit right in on the University of Texas campus. Our squirrels and pigeons are just whores for food. I've had squirrels sit in my lap and eat right off the palm of my hand.
I live in a metro area, and our squirrels are generally skittish. I have a theory as to why, but I'll save it for the squeamish. Let's just say that the first few times I pointed my camera at him, he made himself scarce very quickly.

That is an ADORABLE pic of a squirrel. The ones in my backyard just like to eat all our fruits off the trees and piss off my dad lol. But I've never seen one with a pizza. LOL. That friendly squirrel reminds me of my neighbor's cat that loves to come up to us and be all cute so he can sneak into our house and take over the place and chew on any piece of string he can find. :P
Thanks! The ones around us eat from our garden, too. I try not to let it piss me off because we live in the city, so it's not like there's an overabundance of food for them. Because of that, I think they'll eat just about anything they get their little paws on. That was the first time I'd ever seen one with pizza, though--and it was as big as he was!
What a sweet cat! We have cats of our own, and they won't let any other feline near the place. If I even come home smelling like someone else's pet, they shun me for hours. lol
We have different kind of squirrels in different parts of the state, but I have no idea if we have black squirrels. I'll have to look into that. I'll look forward to your photo in the meantime.
