If your ceiling starts developing black mold and/or you find long black hair coming from your faucet you should move. Otherwise I hope they fix it quickly/well.

You know... I keep assuming that you're in a horror film....

Long black hair has not appeared, SO FAR, but the bathroom sink does clog up (and develop horrifying goo floaties) with startling regularity.

I might be in a horror film. There's a good set-up for one, anyway. :P

And also there is TOTALLY BLACK MOLD and I am not even kidding. But I have been promised a repair this week. *rolls eyes and/or coughs ominously*
