i totally agree. for everyone and anyone. threats dealing with hurting or killing can be dealt with very seriously. Some people just dont understand that they're really getting themselves into trouble. We're not 5 year olds anymore who can get away with saying things like that. Now we're old enough where we really need to think about what is happening and said because it could seriously land someone in jail. Even if the assultor isn't really serious.
