this morning is pure loveliness.

i awoke to find the day cool and breezy. the air almost smells fall like. for the first time in weeks i wore jeans and sweatshirt. i took my parents dog josie for a nice long hike. without breaking into a sweat. so wonderful.

this heat is pretty fucking gross. my dad hooked up a room a/c for the bedrooms...so i go between mine to sleep and my parents during the day because they have a tv. i get such bad headaches and dizziness when it's hot and humid like this.

dairy and i are no longer friends. it was a nice run but i think it's officially over.

i have been off dairy on and off for awhile with a much more successful run as of late. and by dairy for me i mean cheese and yogurt and some ice creams. but now i'm sorry to say i'm breaking it off.

i feel out of my head today. like my heart and head aren't aligned at all.
